We are looking for a Christ-centred vicar who embodies the Joy of Faith, inspiring us through preaching that transforms lives and brings the Gospel alive with warmth, love, and depth. Our new vicar will also embrace a Growth Mindset, reaching every generation - from the wisdom of our senior members to the vibrant curiosity of our children - building a church family where all feel connected and supported in their spiritual journey. In this role, Warm-hearted leadership is essential. We seek someone who values diversity and fosters open dialogue, who can adapt worship to reflect the varied needs of our congregation, and who nurtures an environment of understanding and compassion where every person feels valued and respected.
Finally, we need a vicar who can bring Vitality to our church’s active role within Wargrave and Knowl Hill.
